Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged or altered after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
